We are looking for a Payroll Manager to join our international team. This role is for someone who is interested not only in classic payroll but also in working with multiple locations, payroll providers, contractor payroll, and developing internal company processes.
The role has an important focus: the team is gradually bringing Cyprus payroll in-house, so we need someone who is ready to dive deep into this, understand the new jurisdiction, and take responsibility for the process.
What you will do
- Manage and coordinate payroll processes for employees and contractors
- Work with local payroll providers
- Prepare and review payroll files, statements, and calculation data
- Verify the correctness of amounts, bonuses, invoices, and payroll-related payments
- Support processes for B2B contractors
- Interact with treasury, finance, and other internal teams
- Monitor payroll cycle deadlines and mandatory payments
- Participate in the development of the Cyprus payroll process and its gradual transition in-house
- Work with gross-to-net / net-to-gross logic
Who we are looking for
- You have payroll experience
- You are comfortable working in an international or multi-jurisdictional environment
- You can interact with external providers and internal teams
- You are drawn to a dynamic environment where processes can change
- You are detail-oriented, accurate in calculations, and appreciate order in processes
- You have working English and fluent Russian
It will be a plus
- Experience with Cyprus payroll
- Experience with multiple countries
- Experience with contractor payroll / invoice flow / bonus processes
- Experience transitioning part of the payroll function in-house
