Payroll Manager

📍 Limassol, Cyprus (we help with relocation if necessary)
We are looking for a Payroll Manager to join our international team.
This role is for someone who is interested not only in classic payroll but also in working with multiple locations, payroll providers, contractor payroll, and process development within the company.
The role has an important focus: the team is gradually bringing the Cyprus payroll in-house, so we need someone who is ready to dive deep into this, understand the new jurisdiction, and take responsibility for the process.
What you will be doing
- Managing and coordinating payroll processes for employees and contractors
- Working with local payroll providers
- Preparing and checking payroll files, statements, and settlement data
- Verifying the correctness of amounts, bonuses, invoices, and payroll-related payments
- Supporting processes for B2B contractors
- Interacting with treasury, finance, and other internal teams
- Monitoring payroll cycle deadlines and mandatory payments
- Participating in the development of the Cyprus payroll process and its gradual transition in-house
- Working with gross-to-net / net-to-gross logic
Who we are looking for
- You have experience in payroll
- You are comfortable working in an international or multi-jurisdictional environment
- You can interact with external providers and internal teams
- You are drawn to a dynamic environment where processes can change
- You are detail-oriented, meticulous in calculations, and love order in processes
- You have working English and fluent Russian
A plus would be
- Experience with payroll in Cyprus
- Experience working with multiple countries
- Experience with contractor payroll / invoice flow / bonus processes
- Experience bringing part of the payroll function in-house
