🔥 We are looking for a Payroll Accountant (Cyprus, Limassol) Who we are: an international fintech company (NDA for now, but the scale and level are fire 🔥) Where: Limassol, Cyprus 🇨🇾

🧠 What you will do: 📊 Calculate salary, vacation pay, bonuses, sick leave, taxes — for up to 300 employees 🧾 Be responsible for reflecting all of this in accounting 🏛 Calculate taxes and contributions for Cypriot employees 📑 Prepare and submit payroll reports according to Cyprus laws 📈 Participate in management reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

✅ Who we need: ✔️ Practical experience in payroll in Cyprus for 100+ employees (taxes, reports) ✔️ Knowledge of accounting and chart of accounts ✔️ Understanding of management accounting and ability to "read" financial statements ✔️ Experience working with 1C:ZUP ✔️ Proficient in Excel/Word

⚡️ A strong plus would be: ➕ Experience with local Cyprus payroll systems ➕ Work in an international / multinational company
