Payroll Accountant

Limassol Office

Responsibilities: • Payroll calculation (hourly rate + salary), bonuses, vacation pay, sick pay • Accounting for business trip and representation expenses • Calculation of compensation for hobbies, sports, training • Communication with employees on payroll matters • Preparation of data for treasury payments (including in Jira) • Maintaining payroll cost accounting, plan-fact analysis • Updating the timesheet • Preparing technical specifications for a 1C developer

Requirements: • Higher education (economist/accountant) • Experience: from 5 years • English: from B1 • 1C ZUP, 1C Accounting — experienced user • Excel — advanced user • Payroll calculation for 250+ people in different currencies (EUR, USD, BYN, crypto) • Working with currency exchange differences

Soft skills: • Attention to detail, • analytical thinking, • communication skills
