AML Officer / Head of AML

📌About the company:

An international iGaming holding company managing 12 products and developing over 40 projects in global markets. The company is actively scaling in dozens of countries, participates in major industry conferences, and aims for industry leadership.

⚡️Responsibilities:

• Building and developing the AML function as part of the product (AML-by-design approach); • Operational AML control: handling complex cases, sanction screening, STR/SAR reporting; • Designing and configuring KYT/KYC, risk-based rules, and transaction monitoring; • Integration and collaboration with providers (KYT, KYC, Travel Rule solutions); • Reducing false positives and optimizing AML rules and alerts; • Interaction with product and engineering teams; • Preparing regulatory reports and interacting with auditors and regulators; • Monitoring AML metrics and presenting results to management.

⚡️Our ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of experience in AML/Compliance in the crypto industry (exchanges, wallets, custody, processing); • Experience with Chainalysis / TRM Labs / Elliptic; • Experience with KYC platforms Sumsub / Veriff / Onfido / Jumio; • Understanding of Travel Rule (IVMS101, Notabene or similar); • Experience with sanction lists (OFAC, EU, UN, UK HMT); • Experience with KYB and risk-based AML processes; • Experience participating in the product development of AML functionality; • Strong command of SQL and data analytics; • Understanding of regulatory frameworks (MiCA, CASP, TFR); • Experience with iGaming risks (bonus abuse, multi-accounting, VIP-risk); • English language – C1, Russian – fluent.
