We are developing analytics for Kaspi Store and are currently looking for a data analyst to strengthen our team.
Responsibilities: • analyzing sales, assortment, traffic, conversion, and other product/business metrics; • identifying growth opportunities and formulating data-driven conclusions; • conducting ad-hoc research and testing business hypotheses; • building regular analytics and automating reporting; • working with large volumes of data; • interacting with the business and helping to make data-driven decisions.
What we expect: • strong SQL skills; • good analytical and structured thinking; • the ability not just to extract data, but to understand the reasons for changes and draw conclusions; • experience as an analyst will be an advantage; • knowledge of Python and BI tools is a plus; • independence, responsibility, and initiative.
