🚀 We are looking for a Head of Analytics to join our Joyteractive team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the studio's analytical function and define the strategic direction for analytics development (product and marketing). – Develop and improve analytical tools and approaches, identify growth points, enhance the quality of working with metrics, and make analytics practical and business-result oriented. – Manage and develop analytical processes: standardize approaches to data collection, metric interpretation, experiment evaluation, forecasting, etc. – Define and develop the methodology for A/B testing and experiments: from correct design to analysis of results, ensuring the reliability of conclusions and the validity of decisions. – Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams, transforming data into clear recommendations and helping to prioritize product development. – Foster a data-driven decision-making culture, enhance the maturity of the analytical approach in the studio, and strengthen the influence of metrics on product and marketing processes.
🔹 What is important to us in a candidate's experience:
– 2+ years of experience as Lead Analytics or Head of Analytics in mobile gamedev, with confirmed involvement in product and business decisions. – 3+ years of experience in product analytics for mobile games. – Experience at the intersection of product and marketing analytics: evaluating traffic quality, its economic efficiency, and its impact on product dynamics. – Deep understanding of advertising, hybrid, and in-app monetization. – Profound knowledge of mathematical statistics. – Extensive experience in A/B testing. – Technical literacy required for correct work with metrics, analytical systems, and interaction with technical specialists. – Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex analytical findings clearly and structurally.
