Job Description: Administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, access rights, and group policies; Support and maintenance of IT infrastructure: PCs, servers, local network, office equipment; Processing user requests through Help Desk; Diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network connection issues; Configuration and support of local network, printers, MFPs, and peripheral equipment; Performing maintenance, updates, and monitoring system performance; Maintaining reports and documentation for completed work. Experience in IT support and system administration of 3+ years; Knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory; Experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365; Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN network principles; Skills in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions; Ability to work with users and document completed tasks; Responsibility, communication skills, stress resistance. Will be an advantage: Experience with Cisco/MikroTik network equipment; Firewall configuration; Organization of data backup and recovery; Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
