Senior Java Developer (Crypto Exchange)

A strong backend engineer with 5+ years of experience, who has already worked on cryptocurrency exchanges or exchange products. Independent, responsible, capable of making technical decisions and designing reliable systems for real financial operations.

In practice, this means we will be solving the following tasks:
- Development and enhancement of the core functionality of the cryptocurrency exchange
- Development and support of a microservice architecture
- Working with financial operations, events, and integrations
- Designing fault-tolerant solutions
- Ensuring data consistency and process idempotency
- Optimizing service performance and reliability
- Participation in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
- Working with the existing codebase and gradual development of legacy components
What is important to us in you:
- 5+ years of commercial backend development experience in Java
- Mandatory experience with Crypto Exchange or exchange products
- Understanding of financial transactions and event-driven architecture
- Confident command of PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis
- Experience in designing high-load distributed systems
- Understanding of fault tolerance, consistency, and idempotency principles
- High level of engineering responsibility and independence
