A strong backend engineer with 5+ years of experience, who has already worked on cryptocurrency exchanges or exchange products. Independent, responsible, capable of making technical decisions and designing reliable systems for real financial operations.

☑️ In practice, this means we will be solving the following tasks:
- Development and evolution of the core functionality of a cryptocurrency exchange
- Development and support of a microservice architecture
- Work with financial operations, events, and integrations
- Design of fault-tolerant solutions
- Ensuring data consistency and process idempotency
- Optimization of service performance and reliability
- Participation in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
- Working with the existing codebase and gradual development of legacy components
☑️ What is important to us in you:
- 5+ years of commercial backend development experience in Java
- Mandatory experience working with Crypto Exchange or exchange products
- Understanding of financial transactions and event-driven architecture
- Confident command of PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis
- Experience in designing high-load distributed systems
- Understanding of fault tolerance, consistency, and idempotency principles
- High level of engineering responsibility and independence
