Mandatory Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Kotlin, Android, and Compose. • Deep production experience with KMP. • Production experience with CMP Desktop and working with platform-specific features relevant to the product. • Experience in designing a real-time client over a persistent or streaming transport. • Experience in designing a reliable local storage and synchronization. • Ability to conduct client-side threat modeling. • Production experience with Android Enterprise/MDM or comparable experience with Android system/security/enterprise API. • Experience in diagnosing client performance with a long history. • Experience in a tech lead role with measurable impact. • Ability to make decisions under tight deadlines.

Working with AI Tools

We expect you to:

• Have experience in forming or implementing AI-assisted practices at the team level. • Introduce manual confirmation before accepting changes in security-critical code or dependency configurations. • Correctly evaluate AI practices. • Know how to stop an agent when required.

Will be a plus

• Experience with multi-step and, where justified, parallel agent operations. • Experience in building CI/CD for mobile and desktop. • Experience in automating testing of omnichannel products and contract tests between clients and backend.
