Description
We develop scenarios for Athena, a virtual assistant residing on line 900.
Our team designs the customer journey within the voice bot, aligning Sberbank's business objectives with customer needs. We teach Athena to understand customer requests and provide comprehensive answers. To achieve this, we analyze large volumes of data, conduct UX research, and improve existing scenarios. After building the scenario logic, we use integration with other bank systems, conduct testing, and deploy the skill to the production environment.
We uphold high customer service standards, given the colossal scale of our audience.
Responsibilities
- Configuring the virtual assistant's interaction algorithms with the customer in a specialized development environment based on ready-made flowcharts
- Writing scripts in JavaScript and maintaining legacy code
- Providing technical assessment during the scenario design phase
- Testing scenarios before deployment to production
- Participating in the process of integrating new services
Requirements
We are waiting for you if you:
- Have basic knowledge of JavaScript
- Know how to search for information
- Can understand technical documentation and read flowcharts
- Are open to learning new information
Will be a plus:
- Ability to work with JSON
- Basic knowledge of Node.JS
- Programming experience, having a portfolio
- Experience working in Agile teams
