🚀 SMM Producer / Personal Brand Producer (Senior)

We are looking for a strong SMM Producer / Personal Brand Producer who will take full control of the development of a major media personal brand in the digital environment. The focus of the role is building a content system, growing reach, and scaling the personal brand through short-form and long-form content.

🔹 Responsibilities: • Development and management of the personal brand's content strategy; • Formation of the content plan and creative concept; • Generating ideas for Reels / Shorts / TikTok; • Organizing the shooting process (including coordinating local teams); • Managing contractors (editing, design, SMM); • Analyzing content and optimizing growth metrics; • Building a systematic "turnkey" content process; • Scaling the media presence and brand recognition.

🔹 What we expect: • 3–5+ years of experience in SMM / content production; • Proven cases of personal brand development; • Experience working with entrepreneurs / bloggers / public figures; • Understanding of TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts algorithms; • Ability to independently build a content strategy; • Experience managing or coordinating a content team; • Ability to work with analytics and growth metrics.
