The Automated System (AS) 'Monitoring and Response Center' (MRC) is an intelligent integrated digital platform that collects/processes information about alarm and technological events from various systems and provides a set of tools for operators to handle security incidents.
The main goal of the AS is to reduce damage from realized criminal encroachments and increase the efficiency of management decisions for incident localization through comprehensive data analysis and information exchange.
Responsibilities
- Development and approval of system requirements for implementing changes in the automated system
- Interaction with the product owner, developers, testers, and adjacent teams
- Working with the customer and identifying key user problems and needs
- Management and maintenance of project documentation
- Support for development and testing stages
- Development of user documentation
- Participation in functional testing and SAT
- Conducting demonstrations of new functionality to target users
- Troubleshooting problems arising during industrial operation of the system
Requirements
- Experience in implementing integration projects
- Experience in designing interface prototypes
- API design skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of the software development and support lifecycle in the context of various methodologies and approaches (Agile, Waterfall)
- Skills in working with project management systems (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience using BPMN and UML diagrams
- Understanding of JSON, YAML formats
- Interest in solving complex non-standard tasks and a desire to develop in the field of analysis
- PROACTIVE attitude, responsibility for the result
- Ability to clearly articulate thoughts orally and in writing
- Understanding of software architecture and AS integration technologies
- Experience working as a system analyst for at least 2 years
Will be a plus:
- Skills in working with generative AI models; experience creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- Instrumental use of AI for analysis, generation, and automation
