Systems Analyst
Since 2016, we have been developing and supporting our own "Path" ecosystem, which allows our business to effectively work with clients and automates business processes such as: internal sales and sales through partners, client loan settlement, client communication, document management, client lending, payment processing, and marketing. More than 2500 employees of our FinTech company use the system to handle the full cycle of tasks related to the settlement of our clients' loan debts.
The main office of the company is located in USA, California, Irvine. Development teams are distributed globally and are located in different countries and time zones.
What you will be doing:
- In collaboration with product managers, groom ideas for product development and help refine these ideas.
- Assist product managers in understanding the existing system functionality (provide feedback on business ideas and explain how everything works internally).
- Assess the complexity of improvements, identify dependencies, and analyze the impact of system changes.
- Design solutions from end-to-end: services and their contracts, data models, algorithms, and system operation scenarios.
- Decompose user stories into tasks understandable by developers.
- Create technical documentation for implemented features.
Stack: Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Markdown, draw.io, plantUML, Swagger (OpenAPI 3.0)
You would be a great fit if:
- You have 3+ years of experience in systems analysis and are ready to independently solve complex problems.
- You design complex data models and have a good understanding of SQL.
- You understand how distributed systems work.
- You know how to design a high-quality RESTful API.
- You independently dive into new functional areas and are ready to piece together information from various sources.
- You competently decompose and structure information for developers.
- You are not intimidated by the need to read and understand the source code of commercial projects / You know at least one programming language.
- English B1 level.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in FinTech.
- Understanding of product lifecycle and development processes.
