Cian Senior Python Platform Developer / SRE dev Experience: 3–6 years Full-time Schedule: 5/2 Format: remote

☑️ Responsibilities -Develop Python services and self-service tools for product teams -Automate infrastructure management and access to its components -Develop tools for integrating AI agents into development and infrastructure management -Independently design and implement solutions: from problem research to production launch -Ensure service reliability and security: monitoring, secure changes, and interaction with InfoSec and SRE Ops teams

☑️ Candidate Requirements -From 5 years of commercial development, of which 3–4 years in Python. Experience in independent development and maintenance of production services -Strong Python and confident work with PostgreSQL and Kafka -Understanding of Kubernetes, Linux, and application network interaction -Experience in operating own services: CI/CD, monitoring, diagnostics, and secure changes in production -Ability to elaborate solutions under uncertainty and take responsibility for the result -Technical communication skills: ability to negotiate with adjacent teams and document solutions -Experience working daily with AI agents in development (Claude Code, Codex, or similar)
