💻 We are currently looking for a motivated, ambitious, and responsible candidate to join our team of professionals specializing in administrative and migration services. Our office is located in the very center of Limassol. 🙌🏻
✅ Main responsibilities:
⁃ Administration and support of internal company databases and archives; ⁃ Administrative support for company employees; ⁃ Processing of invoices for company clients, including employee expense reports; ⁃ Filling in details for simple documents, such as powers of attorney and other forms; ⁃ Performing other related tasks related to office operations.
✅ Candidate requirements:
⁃ Fluent Russian and English languages; knowledge of Greek will be considered a significant advantage; ⁃ Higher education; ⁃ At least 5 years of experience in a similar position; ⁃ Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in multitasking mode; ⁃ Proficient time management and organizational skills.
