We are Wallet One - a dynamically developing financial company providing innovative solutions in the field of payments and financial services.
Our team is looking for a system administrator who will help make the infrastructure stable and automated.
Responsibilities:
- Distribution of operational tasks within the admin team, prioritization of current tasks, mentoring and assisting colleagues in solving complex cases.
- Monitoring the performance of server, network, and client equipment, as well as corporate software.
- Organization and control of system access, participation in ensuring information security at the infrastructure level.
- Providing infrastructure support for internal projects: access, software deployment and updates, log analysis, and incident resolution.
- Organization and control of backups for critical systems, regular verification of data recovery.
- Management of certificate lifecycle, support of internal services and integrations.
- Ensuring stable operation of infrastructure in data centers and clouds, interaction with providers.
- Implementation and support of backup schemes (communication channels, services), participation in building multi-data center solutions.
- Development and support of monitoring systems, incident control, and service availability.
- Infrastructure and operational process optimization.
- Maintaining technical documentation, development and updating of internal regulations.
Requirements:
- Management experience: from 1 year in organizing the work of a small group (3-5 people). However, we will consider strong candidates with minimal management experience.
- Technical background: system administrator experience of 5+ years;
- Confident knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS) and Windows Server (2012/2016/2019);
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, ADFS;
- Knowledge of network technologies: TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching;
- Experience with network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, HP, etc.);
- Knowledge of server equipment (Dell, HP, Lenovo);
- Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix);
- Automation skills (Bash/PowerShell/Python);
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Proxmox) and containerization (Docker);
- Experience with management systems (SCCM, WSUS);
- Experience with mail systems (Zimbra, Exchange, etc.);
- Experience with Git;
- Experience with Ansible.
