How we work
You will work alongside the Lead Designer and other UX/UI designers. The Lead Designer is responsible for the overall product and brand direction, priorities, processes, and design reviews. We expect designers to independently manage their area: dive into the task, find solutions, get approvals, and oversee implementation.
Tasks are distributed based on experience, specialization, and current priorities — one designer is not responsible for the entire product ecosystem at once.
What we offer
- Work on a large ecosystem of digital products
- Opportunity to influence decisions, not just execute ready-made technical specifications
- Participation in the creation of a new design system and visual direction for metriX
- Tasks for web platforms, mobile applications, and specialized devices
- Direct interaction with the Lead Designer and developers
- Opportunity to see the results of your work in implemented products
- Work format, schedule, employment, and salary are discussed individually.
