🚀 We’re Hiring: **QA Automation Engineer | FinTech

**Join our growing FinTech team and help ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of modern payment solutions.

📍** FinTech Product Company** ** Salary - 5000 net euro**

🔹 Requirements: • 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing • Experience in the FinTech domain is a must • Strong expertise in backend/API testing (Postman, Swagger) • Experience with log analysis tools (Grafana, Kibana) • Python/JS+Playwright • Hands-on experience with QA automation frameworks and automated testing • Strong understanding of STLC and QA processes • Experience creating and maintaining test documentation

➕ Will Be a Plus: • Experience with payment systems • Experience testing gRPC services and event-driven architectures • Product mindset and proactive approach

🔹 Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain automated test coverage • Perform functional, regression, API, and exploratory testing • Execute full-cycle payment provider integration testing • Improve QA processes, testing strategies, and documentation • Collaborate closely with Engineering to improve product quality • Triage bugs and own testing activities for releases • Investigate complex and tricky production issues

🎯 Goals During Probation: • Deeply understand the payment platform architecture and flows • Learn onboarding, APIs, payment processing, and MID logic • Master QA processes, environments, and internal tools • Review and improve existing test cases and automation coverage • Take ownership of a testing domain or feature area • Suggest improvements to QA practices and automation processes
