Brand Manager, Belgrade
Our B2C division is growing, and with it, the number of brand and marketing projects. That's why we're looking for an independent and systematic Brand Manager who will take projects under control: from idea and planning to launch and results evaluation.
What you'll be doing:
🌸Managing B2C brand and marketing projects; 🌸Coordinating Design, Product, CRM, SMM, PR, Content, and other teams; 🌸Preparing briefs, setting tasks, and controlling deadlines; 🌸Supporting product launches, campaigns, and special projects; 🌸Ensuring materials comply with the brand platform; 🌸Analyzing the market, competitors, and consumer trends; 🌸Identifying bottlenecks and improving internal processes.
You're a good fit if you have:
💦3+ years of experience in brand marketing (digital) or marketing project management; 💦Independently implemented marketing or brand projects; 💦Experience working with cross-functional teams; 💦Understanding of branding, positioning, and marketing communications; 💦English from B2 level; 💦Strong organizational skills, independence, and proactivity; 💦Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain effectiveness in changing conditions.
