Lead 1C Developer / 1C:Trade Management 11.5

We are looking for a self-sufficient 1C developer for the QHARISMA Group of Companies (e-commerce) to develop the company's inventory and warehouse accounting. You will be working with the existing 1C:Trade Management 11.5 – a standard configuration with extensions. Approximately 100 employees use the system, and a large block of improvements is ahead. What you will do: • Develop the functionality of Trade Management 11.5, primarily in terms of inventory and warehouse accounting. • Develop and maintain extensions. • Analyze existing code, find and fix bugs. • Participate in the development of exchanges between Trade Management and 1C:Accounting databases. • Independently work out technical solutions, test changes, and bring tasks to a working result. • Participate in the development of the treasury module. What is important: • Solid experience in 1C:Trade Management development. • Good understanding of warehouse accounting and practical experience in its automation. • Experience working with extensions and modifying existing configurations. • Experience in developing and supporting exchanges between 1C databases. • Independence, systemic thinking, and careful attention to testing your code. Experience with treasury modifications – payment requests, limits, payment calendar – will be an advantage. About the team and work: • The team already includes a PM and 1C developers. • Priorities and acceptance of results are handled by the CTO. • The role focuses on technical development, without team or contractor management. • Infrastructure is supported by a contractor.
