Vacancy: Lead 1C Analyst (1C: BP, BP CORP, UH) Responsibilities: • Survey of Customer business processes, preparation and approval of resulting documents (survey report, technical specification, etc.), recommendations for configuration selection with justification • Modeling of enterprise accounting and management business processes based on 1C, description of business processes using various notations • Design of modifications (understanding of platform objects, understanding how to use and modify them) • Development and approval of project documentation • Development and approval of operational documentation • Customer consultation during system launch, pilot and production operation • Problem diagnosis and development of solutions for their elimination • Management of customer requirements, conducting meetings and negotiations with functional customers, including on accounting methodology issues • Coordination of the analyst group's work • Analysis and development of methodological solutions for the functional customer • Formation of the target functional architecture of the application • Control and acceptance of developers' work • Occasional business trips

Requirements: • Higher education completed • Excellent practical knowledge of configurations: 1C: BP, BP CORP, UH, knowledge of industry-specific configurations (BIT FINANCE, UAT, etc.) will be a plus. • Confirmed consulting experience as a consultant, implementer, methodologist, analyst, and project manager for at least 3 years • Experience of successful implementation of at least 2 projects on the implementation and development of 1C systems: BP, Holding Management, etc. • Focus on serious work in a project team: positive attitude and constructive interaction • Ability to meet deadlines for task completion • Developed communication skills with functional customers and users are mandatory • Customer focus, proactivity, responsibility, clarity, diligence • Having 1C certificates will be an advantage • Ability to read code and write queries is welcome.
