We are looking for a Motion Designer to join the Content team, which creates and develops content within the Instories and Vids applications – templates, AI tools, effects, and creative solutions for users' visual content. We explore new directions, test hypotheses, and improve user experience based on analytics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating new content for the Instories app library – videos, editing, static assets;
- Generating images and videos using modern AI tools;
- Developing concepts for new templates, effects, and AI features;
- Researching trends in design, AI, and social media;
- Iterating on existing content based on analytics and user feedback;
- Collaborating with designers, the product team, and developers on new feature launches;
- Participating in experiments and the search for new content directions;
- Handling internal company tasks related to graphic design.
What is important to us:
- A relevant portfolio;
- Advanced motion graphics and editing skills;
- Interest in multitasking development and working with motion graphics, graphic design, and AI;
- Proficiency with AI tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Kling, Seedance, or equivalents);
- Good visual taste, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of current design and social media trends;
- Ability to create commercially successful content, focusing on user needs;
- Capacity to handle a large volume of tasks and meet deadlines;
- Proactivity, independence, and a desire to experiment.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in the niche of mobile photo/video editors;
- Experience analyzing product metrics and making data-driven decisions.
