The company has two main areas: operations and tech. You'll work in the tech area and work closely with the operations team. We start our projects by asking "Why?" and setting expectations with numbers. By using a data-driven approach, we can see trends and improve business processes.
Our team consists of talented and energetic professionals who are experts in data analytics, supply chain, software engineering, and finance. We've worked with top global companies like UberFreight, TQL, Turvo, Highway. We strive to use best practices, rely on data, regularly adjust processes, and introduce new approaches to work.
We aim to automate a significant part of our company through the development of proprietary tools, as well as utilizing existing ones on the market. We have divided this process into several stages:
