For the Performance Marketing Manager (PPC & Media Buying) position, it is important to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing / paid acquisition
- Practical experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or Telegram Ads
- Understanding of key performance metrics and principles of advertising budget management
- Experience with analytics, UTM, and GA4
- English B1 level, Russian B2+ level
Will be a plus:
- Experience in media buying
- Experience in the iGaming / betting / poker / casino niches
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles
- Skills in working with Power BI and HubSpot
- Understanding of the specifics of promoting products with a long B2B sales cycle
Responsibilities:
- Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Telegram Ads, and other performance channels
- Test new channels and advertising hypotheses for B2B iGaming products
- Work with advertising budgets and key performance metrics: CPC, CTR, CPL/CPA, ROI/ROAS
- Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and the funnel from click to lead
- Work with media advertising (media buying): launch and control placements, interact with media platforms and contractors, coordinate purchase and payment terms
- Conduct A/B tests of creatives, offers, and landing pages
- Formulate technical specifications for designers, copywriters, and other team members for the creation of advertising creatives
- Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of channels and campaigns
- Participate in the launch and development of the affiliate direction, test approaches and working models
