- Work experience in similar positions for at least 1.5 years.

- Familiarity with Russian and foreign multi-part and single-episode content.
- English proficiency at the level of correspondence.
- Experience with task management systems like Jira, basic knowledge of Photoshop or other graphic editors.
- Ability to build processes and involve people in them.
