People Partner Team Lead (Fintech)

We are looking for an experienced People Partner Team Lead to lead and develop our People Partner function as we continue to scale in a fast-growing fintech environment.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Partners
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership across the business
• Drive consistency, quality, and scalability of HR practices
• Own and improve core people processes across the employee lifecycle
• Support organizational design, performance, engagement, and change initiatives
• Use data and insights to shape people decisions and strategy

We’re looking for someone with strong HR Business Partner experience, proven people leadership capability, and the confidence to operate in a dynamic, international environment where priorities evolve quickly.
