We are considering candidates from all over the world with relocation to Tashkent.
In Uzum Nasiya, in the Lending direction, we are looking for a Lead Product Researcher.
Main requirements: 📌 5+ years of experience in product research (fintech or banking is a plus). 📌 Experience in leading and managing a team of researchers of at least 3 people. 📌 High level of understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, knowledge of mathematical statistics is mandatory.
We are also looking for a Middle Product Researcher to join his team. Main requirements: 📌 2+ years of experience in product research (fintech or banking is a plus). 📌 Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods (plus: knowledge of mathematical statistics). 📌 Proficiency in tools for building methodologies (Maze, Pathway, Tally, and similar).
