Middle Product Manager | TBC Nasiya
TBC Nasiya is looking for a Middle Product Manager to join the BNPL product development team.
In this role, you will be responsible for product growth across the entire customer journey: from first use and installment management to repayment, reuse, and customer reactivation.
The work involves close collaboration with analytics, design, development, CRM, Risk, Collections, Support, and the business team.
What you will be doing
- Develop the product roadmap and backlog of growth initiatives for TBC Nasiya.
- Improve the customer journey at all stages: first use, installment management, repayment, reuse, reactivation, and self-service.
- Identify growth opportunities through analysis of funnels, cohorts, user behavior, and customer feedback.
- Work with product metrics and form and test hypotheses based on them.
- Develop product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and launch plans.
- Develop self-service scenarios and reduce customer reliance on support.
- Create mechanics for increasing repeat usage and reactivation.
- Collaborate with CRM and marketing to develop customer communication at different lifecycle stages.
- Work with cross-functional teams and bring initiatives from idea to launch.
- Analyze the results of launched changes and evaluate their impact on product and business metrics.
What we are looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience with consumer products, fintech, lending, payments, marketplace, e-commerce, or growth products.
- Good understanding of product funnels, activation, retention, repeat usage, and reactivation.
- Ability to work with data, identify growth opportunities, and make product decisions based on metrics.
- Experience collaborating with analysts, designers, and developers.
- Ability to structure complex and ambiguous tasks and bring them to completion.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of ownership.
- Russian language is mandatory.
- Uzbek and English will be a plus.
