Senior Product Manager (TBC Nasiya)
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for the TBC Nasiya division, who will be responsible for the development of two key strategic areas: new customer acquisition (new-to-bank) and product growth (growth).
The role involves full responsibility for the product strategy, product development roadmap, and achievement of key business metrics across all stages of the customer lifecycle — from acquisition to repeat usage and retention.
This is one of the key product roles with a direct impact on business growth and customer experience improvement.
What you will do:
- Formulate and manage the product roadmap and backlog for acquisition and growth areas
- Develop product initiatives across all stages of the customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, repeat usage, reactivation, and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: development, design, analytics, risk, operations, and business teams
- Formulate product requirements, define priorities, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze product performance and identify growth opportunities
- Increase conversion at all funnel stages and improve customer experience
- Participate in shaping the division's product strategy
What is important in a candidate:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience in fintech, lending, BNPL, payments, or digital products will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with product analytics and metrics
- Experience in managing priorities and cross-functional teams
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent in Russian and English; Uzbek will be an advantage
