Senior Product Manager – Alternative Lending & B2B Partnership
About the role
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the development of alternative lending products for business clients and the creation of new financial solutions in collaboration with B2B partners.
The role's responsibilities will include credit lines, overdrafts, factoring, installment plans, embedded finance, and other non-standard financing models. The role involves working at the intersection of product, business, and partnerships, and transforming new business opportunities into scalable products.
Key tasks
- Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for alternative lending products for business clients.
- Develop new financing models: credit lines, overdrafts, factoring, installment plans, and other alternative solutions.
- Create product models in collaboration with B2B partners: value proposition, customer journey, pricing, and product economics.
- Develop embedded finance and partnership financing models.
- Prepare business cases, product requirements, success metrics, and launch plans for new products.
- Collaborate with the B2B Partnership team on partner selection, commercial terms, and the structure of partnership programs.
- Define the customer journey, operational processes, approval logic, document flow, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate work with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology during product development and launch phases.
- Formulate and prioritize the backlog, translating business tasks into clear product requirements.
- Analyze the results of launched products and initiate improvements based on data regarding portfolio, conversion, profitability, and customer feedback.
- Research new fintech, embedded finance, and partnership models and adapt them for business lending purposes.
