Interface Developer for Search with Alice

We are creating Search with Alice – a service that helps millions of people every day find answers to a wide variety of questions and make important decisions. We are developing an intelligent system that understands queries in natural language, analyzes hundreds of billions of pages in fractions of a second, and generates meaningful answers using YandexGPT.

Our technologies operate at a national scale – 66% of Russian internet traffic passes through Yandex Search. Every month, over 100 million people trust us to solve their everyday queries.

We are looking for frontend developers who will be tasked with developing and creating interfaces for new Yandex models.

What tasks await you

Developing interfaces in TypeScript or JavaScript + React You will create modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for web applications. You will need to apply a component-based approach, manage application state, and ensure high performance. You will write clean, typed, and maintainable code, utilizing best practices and the latest versions of the technology stack.

Improving service reliability and speed You will be involved in logging responses, setting up monitoring and alerts, and implementing speed optimizations and other solutions to accelerate our responses.

We expect that you
