Project Manager

Blackcat is a next-generation European fintech brand, built on the foundation of the licensed issuer Papaya Ltd (Malta). We are developing an ecosystem for personal and corporate finance, integrating accounts, cards, and crypto services.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will take on the management of marketing and digital projects, bring order to processes, and ensure predictability of timelines and results in a distributed team.

What you will be doing — Managing Blackcat's marketing and digital projects — Planning, task decomposition, monitoring deadlines and quality — Setting up and maintaining ClickUp as a single hub for management — Managing team workload and priorities — Identifying risks, blockers, and bringing order to processes — Coordinating marketing, product, design, development, and contractors — Ensuring transparency of statuses and deadlines for management

What is important to us — Experience as a Project Manager / Operations Manager in digital / marketing / IT — Ability to build processes and work with chaos — Hands-on experience with ClickUp (or similar tools) — Experience working with distributed teams — Strong planning and execution monitoring skills — Systematic thinking, responsibility, ability to meet deadlines — English for work communication
