We are looking for a strong DevOps engineer to join the monitoring and logging service development team. The project involves fine-tuning alerting, infrastructure tasks, user support, and database migration. The goal is to ensure the stability and transparency of the production environment, automate routine tasks, and synchronize infrastructure with development.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve alerts in production and infrastructure environments, escalate issues in Mattermost.
- Create dashboards (Grafana) based on metrics and logs for all services.
- Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and K8s clusters (deployments, pods, networking, storage).
- Write playbooks for AWX (Ansible) and manage configurations using Terraform.
- Migrate Postgres databases to CNPG (CloudNativePG) on K8s.
- Participate in DevOps tasks for the BI project.
- Integrate with developers, analysts, and the infrastructure team to synchronize alerts and metrics.
- Conduct code reviews of infrastructure code, design monitoring architecture, optimize performance.
Requirements (mandatory):
- Deep knowledge of Terraform (state, modules, providers for K8s and cloud).
- Strong Ansible (roles, playbooks for AWX, inventories, variables).
- Expertise in K8s (deployment, debugging, Flux/GitOps, NetworkPolicy, Ingress).
- Experience with monitoring stack: Alertmanager, Victoria Metrics, Victoria Logs, Vector.
- Alert routing configuration (grouping, escalation) in Mattermost.
- Work with PromQL/VictoriaMetrics and build dashboards in Grafana.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and common issues (images, secrets, artifacts).
- Experience with Postgres (backups, replication, migration to CNPG).
- Ability to read and modify existing infrastructure code (Git, yaml, json).
- Independence, troubleshooting skills in distributed systems.
