Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring dialogue between the client and teams: development, design, sales;
- Managing up to 10 projects simultaneously, developing and supporting existing ones;
- Developing and coordinating technical specifications, requirements, and deadlines;
- Calculating financial aspects of projects, offering clients new services and solutions;
- Business trips to exhibitions throughout the LATAM region;
- Preparing reports for clients and internal teams, conducting negotiations, and maintaining a high level of client service.
We expect you to:
- Be able to quickly get involved in the work and show visible results after the probation period;
- Enjoy working with a wide range of tasks and lack of routine;
- Be ready to invest in the company's development and meet client needs;
- Be able to build communication with each client regardless of their country of origin.
Requirements:
- Experience (1.5+ years) working with IT projects as a Project Manager/Analyst
- The company considers candidates without experience in betting, but with an understanding of what SDLC is;
- Higher education (Master's degree will be a plus)
- Ability to create technical specifications for projects, understanding of terms: authorization, authentication, verification, validation;
- Experience in negotiating with clients, ability to find compromises and build long-term relationships;
- Planning and understanding of project financial indicators (GGR, ROI)
- Necessary requirements: Spanish language B1/C1, English language
- Experience with Yandex Metrika, Bitrix, Notion; Google Analytics
