🌍 Location: EU | Remote 💼 Employment: Full-time | B2B 🎯 Experience: 6+ years 🔑 Key skills: Growth Marketing, Crypto We’re looking for a Head of Crypto Vertical to build and scale our crypto business line, including crypto cards, a non-custodial wallet, and trading. Your mission: Build an autonomous, high-growth crypto business, own the P&L, and drive revenue, profitability, and sustainable, regulation-aware growth. What you’ll do: • Own the vertical’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and margins. • Build strategic partnerships across payments, fintech, crypto, and B2B2C ecosystems. • Develop acquisition channels and optimize unit economics. • Build a lean business team from scratch across Growth, BD, and Operations. • Lead cross-functional execution with Product, Legal/Compliance, Data, and Marketing. • Navigate KYC/AML, MiCA, card scheme requirements, and on/off-ramp regulations. • Report business performance, strategy, and key decisions to founders and executives. Your first 3–6 months: ✅ Establish core operations, processes, SLAs, and KPI reporting. ✅ Hire the core business team. ✅ Launch acquisition channels targeting LTV/CAC ≥ 3 in one priority segment. ✅ Close the first 2–3 strategic B2C/B2B2C deals. What we’re looking for: • 5+ years in fintech, crypto, payments, or banking, with GM, Head of Business, or Head of BD-level ownership. • Proven P&L results across revenue, profitability, margins, and volume. • Hands-on experience launching and scaling crypto payments, wallets, cards, or trading products. • Strong understanding of unit economics, pricing, and portfolio strategy. • A proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships. • Solid knowledge of KYC/AML, MiCA, card schemes, and on/off-ramp requirements. • Strong analytical skills and excellent English communication.
