We are looking for a Data Analyst, our specialists are responsible for building analytical reports based on the corporate data warehouse in domains such as: e-commerce, marketing and personalization, HR, logistics, finance.
Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering — interaction with customers and end-users, identifying needs for reporting and dashboards;
- Data design — developing calculation logic, setting technical specifications for developers / data engineers for data transformation from source systems to target marts;
- Data quality control — checking the correctness, completeness, and consistency of data for end-users;
- Warehouse development — participation in the design of DWH layers and marts, query optimization when working with large volumes of data;
- Integration design — understanding approaches to obtaining data from adjacent systems (REST API, Kafka, RabbitMQ, direct DB access);
- Process improvement — optimizing existing BI analytics development processes, maintaining documentation;
- Report development and optimization — creating and refining dashboards in Tableau, optimizing performance and UI/UX.
What we expect from future colleagues
- Proficient SQL (filtering, subqueries, aggregation, optimization);
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data warehouse architecture;
- Experience in building dashboards and reports;
- Ability to translate business processes into warehouse entities;
- Result-oriented, multitasking, ability to propose and implement solutions.
Will be a plus
- Experience with Tableau (preferably: understanding of LOD principles, Table Calculations, Sets, data logical model, Data Blending);
- Experience interacting with PySpark, Hive (at the analyst level);
- Experience interacting with AI agents.
