WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are inviting an experienced and ambitious 1C Programmer to the development department to work on our own product. The following will be important for this role:

• Project development experience in 1C from 4 years and above;
• Deep knowledge of the platform, 1C Platform Specialist certificate is mandatory;
• Mandatory commercial experience in creating a software product from scratch, participation in the development or improvement of the product architecture;
• Understanding of client-server architecture;
• Understanding of the transaction model of operations in 1C;
• Understanding and application of locking mechanisms in multi-user environments;
• Experience in porting software products to 1C:Compatible;
• Creation and configuration of data exchanges between information systems using various protocols (especially XML format);
• Experience in configuring product integrations with external services and infrastructures (especially government systems), configuring data exchanges via various protocols;
• Skills in using optimization and problem-finding tools (at least a basic level);
• Adherence to development standards and methodologies for the "1C" platform;
• Knowledge and ability to apply modern 1C libraries;
• Ability to write, analyze, and optimize 1C queries, as well as use Data Composition System (СКД);
• Proactive approach, ability to present your proposals to the team, and a desire to improve the product for clients;
• Development and maintenance of technical documentation.

It will be an advantage for you:

• Experience with the "Document Processing Processes" (ПОД) subsystem;
• Experience in setting up and implementing 1C automated testing;
• Experience in developing for standard configurations ZKGU/ZUP and BGU/BP.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Developing Millennium's own software on the 1C platform according to analyst specifications (80% of the time);
• Developing extensions, reports, and external processing tools according to specifications for current clients, without client calls (20% of the time). Main client 1C configurations are on platform 8.3 BGU and ZiKGU;
• Developing data conversion rules between configurations;
• Periodic participation in the internal automation of company processes (systems based on 1C: BP, ZUP KORP, DO, etc.);
• Assisting in optimizing departmental processes, generating and implementing new approaches to work.
