Business Development Manager – Private Clients | Limassol, Cyprus

The Group manages over €350M in assets and operates across Cyprus, the UAE, Switzerland, and the United States.
We are expanding our Client Acquisition team and are looking for a Business Development Manager – Private Clients to engage with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
This role offers a clear path into Relationship Management and long-term career growth within wealth management and private banking.
What you will do
- Proactively identify, approach, and qualify potential clients among HNW/UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, and family offices
- Conduct initial meetings and present the Wise Wolves ecosystem, including wealth management, digital assets, and corporate solutions
- Understand client needs, investment objectives, and risk profiles, and pass qualified leads to Relationship Managers
- Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships throughout extended sales cycles
- Maintain accurate CRM records and closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey and onboarding process
What we are looking for
- Client-Facing Experience
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, or similar client-facing roles within financial services.
- Experience working with affluent or HNW client segments is advantageous; however, we also welcome commercially driven professionals from related financial services backgrounds.
- Financial Literacy & Investment Knowledge
- Good understanding of financial markets and basic investment principles is desirable.
- A background in finance, economics, banking, or related fields will be considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to understand client investment goals and confidently discuss financial markets, investment solutions, and different investment approaches with prospective clients.
- Languages
- Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)
