We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional projects that bring together Product, Development, Design, Marketing, Content, and Operations teams.
This role sits at the intersection of multiple departments and requires strong coordination, communication, and systems thinking skills.
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects move forward on time, within resources, and with clear priorities, while keeping all participants aligned at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to release and post-analysis
- Coordinate the work of Product, Design, Marketing, Editorial, and Operations teams
- Break down strategic goals into concrete tasks, phases, and milestones
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies
- Manage expectations and communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and conflicting priorities across departments
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops: structure discussions, manage group dynamics, keep focus on objectives, and drive decision-making
- Ensure transparency in processes and project status
- Prepare regular reports, syncs, demos, and retrospectives
- Optimize project processes and implement best practices for cross-team collaboration
Key Objectives in Cross-Team Collaboration
- Align the goals of different departments within a single project
- Balance business, product, and technical constraints
- Translate strategic initiatives into clear operational plans for teams
- Support a culture of accountability, transparency, and mutual trust
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Program Manager
- Hands-on experience managing projects involving 3+ functions
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to structure chaos and work effectively in uncertainty
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches
- Planning, prioritization, and risk management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Notion, Miro, etc.)
