⌨️Candidate Requirements:
- Citizenship and location Bishkek
- Work experience of 3+ years. Knowledge of banking business (understanding/knowledge of retail banking products, especially loans, basic understanding of accounting).
- Work experience of 3+ years in administering and/or supporting ABS in a bank/software development company.
- Desire and ability to help ABS users in data verification and finding calculation errors.
- Experience in setting up business processes and reports without complex programming.
- Ability to build communication with business users and representatives of the ABS software development company.
- General technical literacy: understanding the principles of relational databases, xml, json, and similar.
- Knowledge of SQL.
✅Responsibilities:
- Setting up business processes and reports in the ABS environment (after training at the software development company).
- Assisting ABS users in verifying data, finding errors, and correcting them in postings and banking operations, processes, reports, etc.
- Performing diagnostics of ABS problems/errors:
- Consulting business users if errors are related to their incorrect actions;
- Assigning tasks to developers for their correction if problems/errors are identified on the part of the software development company.
- Monitoring error correction deadlines and technical specification approval deadlines on the bank's side.
- Proactive communication with business users in a language they understand.
- Preparing individual instructions for ABS users.
