Made of Storm is looking for a **PSP Lawyer **

📍Location: Serbia

📌Responsibilities: • Support of onboarding and periodic checks of foreign companies in banks and payment organizations; • Maintaining business correspondence and interaction with external partners — banks and payment providers; • Coordination of the collection of additional information and documents from internal teams to prepare responses to requests from banks and payment providers; • Legal support of current operational activities; • Analysis of draft agreements, taking into account legal risks and company internal policies; • Preparation and support of agreements, including those related to the connection of new payment solutions.

📌Requirements: • Higher legal education; • Fluent in English at C1 level (most of the work is done in English, including business and legal correspondence, document analysis, and communication with partners); • Experience interacting with banks and payment providers will be an advantage; • Attentiveness, responsibility, readiness for teamwork; • Ability to analyze documents, think systematically, and work effectively in a multitasking environment; • Interest in international law, banking and payment regulation, as well as a desire for professional development in these areas.
