If you know how to build payment infrastructure where others give up – this role is for you. Offshore fintech. High risk. A real challenge. The company is looking for someone who will be the architect of payment flows for an offshore-licensed structure – and make them literally unstoppable.

What you will do: 🔌 Onboarding PSPs, acquirers, and EMIs with a high-risk appetite (Seychelles, BVI, Cayman) 🌍 Integrating LPMs in emerging markets – LATAM, Africa, Southeast Asia 🔄 Crypto-fiat rails (USDT/USDC) as an alternative settlement path ⚡️ Smart routing: if one gateway fails – traffic is instantly rerouted to another 🛡 MID protection: chargebacks, acquirer audits, KYB for offshore structures

You are a good fit if: ✅ 4+ years in Payment Partnerships / Treasury in High-Risk Fintech, iGaming, or Digital Assets ✅ You have worked with offshore regulators (FSA, FSC, VFSC, and similar) ✅ Managed volumes of $20M+ per month ✅ You know how to talk to banks when they start freezing accounts
