Head of Partnerships

FYST is an international FinTech company creating payment infrastructure for digital businesses worldwide. The company is in a phase of active growth, expanding its partner network and strengthening key teams.

The company is looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead the development of the partnership direction and participate in business scaling.

⚡️Responsibilities: • Managing and developing the Partnerships team; • Building and scaling the partner network; • Controlling the onboarding of new PSPs and payment partners; • Managing the portfolio of merchant accounts and partner relationships; • Optimizing commercial terms and operational processes; • Interacting with Business Development, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams.

⚡️ Ideal candidate has: • 4+ years of experience in Payments, FinTech, or processing; • Team management experience; • Understanding of acquiring, PSP, merchant accounts, settlements; • Fluent in Russian and English; • Proactive approach and ownership mindset; • Ability to build and improve processes in a scalable environment; • Strong communication and leadership skills.
