**Senior PSP Business Development Manager
💰 Salary: €5,000–€7,000 NET + performance-based bonus 📍 Limassol, Cyprus**
We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior PSP Business Development Manager to grow our global payment partner network and build strategic relationships with leading players in the payments industry.
What you’ll do: 🔹 Identify and onboard new partners: PSPs, Acquirers, Banks, EMIs, and Financial Institutions 🔹 Develop and manage long-term relationships with payment partners 🔹 Lead commercial negotiations and close partnership agreements 🔹 Manage the full partnership lifecycle — from first contact to integration and growth 🔹 Analyze new markets, payment methods, and business opportunities 🔹 Collaborate with Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to launch solutions 🔹 Support the company’s global payment expansion strategy
What we’re looking for: ✅ 2+ years of experience in PSP / Payments / FinTech / Acquiring Business Development ✅ Proven experience working with payment providers, gateways, or financial institutions ✅ Strong understanding of payment processing and international payment ecosystems ✅ Existing network within PSPs, Banks, or EMIs is a strong advantage ✅ Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills ✅ Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results ✅ English — Upper-Intermediate+ (Russian is a plus)
