🚀Senior PSP Business Development Manager

📍 Cyprus | Office / Remote / Hybrid 💼 Full-time 💰 €4,000–5,000 net + bonus

We are looking for a strong Senior PSP Business Development Manager who will become a key expert in developing an international network of payment partners.

If you have a deep understanding of the PSP, acquiring, banking, and EMI markets, have your own network of contacts, and know how to launch new payment directions from scratch – we would be happy to meet you!

🔹 Key Tasks:

• Sourcing and attracting international PSPs, banks, EMIs, acquirers, and other financial partners • Developing payment infrastructure in existing and new markets • Analyzing local markets and identifying in-demand payment methods • Conducting commercial negotiations and concluding partnership agreements • Full cycle of onboarding new payment partners – from the first contact to launch • Independently entering new markets and building a partner network • Developing a payment infrastructure development strategy in collaboration with management • Interacting with Product, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams • Monitoring the market, competitors, and new opportunities for business development

🔹 We expect:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in international payments / FinTech / PSP ✔️ Experience working with PSPs, payment platforms, banks, EMIs, or other financial institutions ✔️ An extensive network of professional contacts in the payment industry ✔️ Deep understanding of international payments and local payment methods ✔️ Experience in independently launching new markets and building a partner network ✔️ Strong negotiation skills with C-level and top management ✔️ KPI-oriented and focused on concrete business results ✔️ Fluent in Russian ✔️ English for international communication will be an advantage
