Seeking a Business Development Manager for an international payment project that is actively developing its merchant segment.

If you can do more than just manage partners, but can also find new clients, sell payment solutions, and bring deals to launch — this role might be interesting.

🔥 What you will do:

— search for and attract new merchants; — develop existing partner relationships; — conduct negotiations and present payment solutions; — independently manage the sales cycle: from initial contact to signing and launch; — analyze the market, competitors, and client needs; — interact with PSP, integration, product, and support teams; — participate in conferences and develop your professional network; — help shape the strategy for the merchant segment development.

🎯 What is important:

— 3+ years of experience in Payments / PSP / FinTech; — experience in Business Development / Sales / Account Management / Partnerships; — understanding of payment infrastructure and payment methods; — experience working with international clients and partners; — understanding of the sales cycle and ability to independently find clients; — strong negotiation skills; — English — from B2/C1; — experience in iGaming / high-risk will be a big advantage; — readiness to work with cold outreach and independently develop a pipeline.

💰 Conditions:

— € net — discussed based on experience; — fixed salary + KPI/commission; — 100% remote or office format; — international team; — opportunity to work with international markets and develop the segment practically from scratch.

📍 Location: Cyprus or remote (outside of Russia and Belarus)
