Senior PSP Business Development Manager

📍 Cyprus | Office (relocation provided) 💼 Full-time 💰** €4,000–5,000 net + bonus**

We are looking for a strong Senior PSP Business Development Manager to become a key expert in expanding our international network of payment partners.

If you have an excellent understanding of the **PSP, acquiring, banking and EMI **landscape, possess your own strong network of industry contacts, and know how to launch new payment directions and enter new markets independently, we would love to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify, attract and develop partnerships with international PSPs, banks, EMIs, acquirers and other financial institutions
• Develop and scale the payment infrastructure across existing and new markets
• Independently research new GEOs and identify the most relevant local payment methods
• Lead commercial negotiations and agree on mutually beneficial partnership terms
• Manage the full onboarding cycle of new payment partners, from initial outreach and negotiations through to integration and launch
• Independently enter new markets and build an effective network of payment partners
• Develop the payment infrastructure growth strategy together with senior management
• Collaborate closely with **Product, Finance, Legal and Tech teams
• Monitor the market, competitors, emerging payment solutions and new business opportunities
• Drive KPI achievement and deliver measurable business results

🔹 What We Expect

✔️ 2+ years of experience in international payments, FinTech or the PSP industry ✔️ Hands-on experience working with PSPs, payment platforms, acquirers, banks, EMIs or other financial institutions ✔️ A strong personal network of professional contacts within the payments industry ✔️ Deep understanding of international payments, acquiring and local payment methods ✔️ Proven experience launching new markets and building a partner network from scratch ✔️ Ability to independently identify and attract new payment partners ✔️ Strong negotiation skills and experience communicating with C-level executives and senior management ✔️ High level of ownership, initiative and result orientation ✔️ Strong KPI-driven mindset and ability to deliver tangible business results ✔️ Fluency in Russian ✔️ English for international communication will be a strong advantage
