🚀 Business Development Manager | PSP / Fintech / Payments
We are expanding and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the payments industry to help grow our merchant portfolio across Europe.
🔹 What we're looking for: • Proven business development or sales experience within a PSP, acquiring bank, payment gateway, EMI, or fintech company • Strong network of merchants, affiliates, PSPs, ISOs, and industry partners • Deep understanding of card acquiring, alternative payment methods (APMs), and merchant onboarding processes • Experience working with high-risk and mainstream merchants • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills • Fluent English
🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Source and acquire new merchants across European markets • Develop strategic partnerships with merchants, PSPs, and payment ecosystem stakeholders • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to activation • Present payment solutions tailored to merchant needs • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and integration teams to ensure smooth onboarding • Drive transaction volume growth and revenue generation

💰 Competitive package (5000 eur net + performance-based incentives)
